Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, orders and work supplied by STICKALEX LTD (Company SC693502). By accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote. Prices are based on the information, measurements, quantities and artwork supplied. We may revise a quote where the specification, site conditions or requirements change.
Payment and production
Full payment is required before design or production commences unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Production times are estimates and begin once the specification, artwork and payment have been confirmed.
Outsourced items and supplier delays
Some items are produced for us by specialist trade suppliers. We choose our suppliers carefully and, to the best of our knowledge, work only with good, reliable suppliers to keep delays to a minimum. Delays at a trade supplier are outwith our control, however, and we cannot be held responsible for late delivery of outsourced items, regardless of the length of the delay. Production and delivery times for these items are estimates only.
Artwork and approval
You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, dimensions, colours and the final specification before approving it. Approved custom work cannot normally be changed, returned or cancelled once production has started.
Installation and removal
You must tell us about relevant site conditions, surfaces, access restrictions and existing damage. For vinyl removal, we take reasonable care but cannot accept liability for damage caused by factors outside our control, including failing paintwork, corrosion, previous repairs, brittle finishes or chemical reactions.
Delivery and collection
Please check delivery details are correct before accepting. Risk in goods passes on delivery or collection. Report any transit damage or missing items to us promptly, with photographs where possible.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected work. We are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption or issues caused by information, artwork or materials supplied by you.
